iPhone XS/X Audio Case，Laudtec 3.5mm & Lightning Jack Adapter Case For Apple iPhone XS, X/XS, Black+White

Update 9/18/2019: The microphone remote through this case doesn't accept or end calls, removed a star since that's one of the main things I need headphones for is to answer calls without pulling the phone out of my pocket. I probably won't use this case as much as I had hoped.I've been sticking with my iPhone 6S mainly because of the lack of a 3.5 mm port. I ordered two cases that added that back in when I purchased my iPhone X. This case is pretty nice, but I don't know if I'll be using it as my daily case yet. The other case I bought has a power bank built in, but doesn't support Qi charging and has a Micro USB cable. This case does support Qi Charging and has a lightning port.The good* The headphone jack works!* The headphone microphone works through the case* Most of the microphone controls work (see the bad for the one that doesn't)* The sound quality appears to be unaffected* The speakers and microphone of the phone (sans headphone) appear to be unaffected* Qi charging works!* Uses a lightning cable!* The case has texture to it, doesn't feel slippery* Seems like it offers a decent amount of protection for the phone (I'm not going to drop my new phone to test it though)The bad* Siri doesn't work via microphone control (meaning you do a long hold on the microphone control)* Data does not flow through the lightning port. When I connected the case to my computer, it did charge; however, it didn't detect that the device was connected. I'm assuming that CarPlay also won't work. I tried flipping the cable in both directions (I've noticed that some cables get picky about that). I verified that the cable does work when connected directly to the iPhone and my computer. So it's definitely the case that is an issue.* It takes a few seconds for the case to "start" working with the 3.5 mm port. I almost thought it was defective but after re-seating the phone a couple of times (assuming it was a seating issue), I walked away for a second and noticed that the 3.5 mm controls were working. Not a huge issue, but annoying and I can see why some folks may have thought that it didn't work at all (if they were impatient like me lol)In summary it's a nice case, especially for the price point. I had to knock a star off because of the pass through and Siri issue. One of the reasons why I like to have a wired headphone is the easy use of Siri. Granted "Hey Siri" still works, but I like the ability of using the microphone controls. Pass through is a larger issue for me since I always try to get a rental with CarPlay when I travel for work. Pulling the phone out for travel is not ideal, especially since I like the fact that the cases add texture and extra protection. Phone holders mostly work, but I've seen them fail in the past and my phone has gone splat (thankfully I had a good case so no breakage).I'm still planning on using this case when I want to the ability to do Qi charging. I would recommend the case if you're looking to re-gain your headphone jack and not have to carry around another type of cable.

Bottom line...I need a freaking headphone jack! I use too many other devices (recording audio equipment) that doesn't have bluetooth and even if it did, the lag is a killer. And who wanted to carry around a damn dongle everywhere or 2 pairs of headphones? I will lose something for sure.The case was shipped with the top piece broken, which pops off easily now and will surly get lost at some point. But it does make it convenience to slide the phone in and out of the port to "reset" the phone software as it's not meant to Always have a dongle plugged in and freaks out every now and again.My biggest complaint is that I wish they made it without the charging case. The phone is so damn big and heavy now that it's an annoyance.Basically, if not for the built in dongle this case would be kind of crap, but given that it does and that there are NO OTHER ALTERNATIVES, it does the job. And it works with the remote on the earbuds with is a must.

In fact, it was pretty crappy, my original review can be found on the product page. I noticed after buying the Cocomii there was a case by another random company looking similar in design by Laudtec. I bought it. I received the EXACT same crappy case and it didn't look like the photos. It was a long shot and again, I wasted my time. It features the same crappy engrish, "When take out your phone, Don't turn it out in a wide angle in case of damaging charging connector" and doesn't work (most of the time). I was able to get this to work for a bit, but it's the same lousy quality audio that's bound to stop working forever in 2-3 days.Back to Amazon this will go. :(/edit: at least now they updated the product photos, previously the looked completely different. Still, two out two failed and it’s the same as a lower priced product.

This case made it so easy for me to charge my phone and listen to music at the same time! It worked great with my iPhone X. I was even able to use REGULAR headphones due to the 3.5mm adapter that was built into the case. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who always forgets their headphone adapter and likes to use headphones while charging their device. Will be buying more as holiday presents.

Just received this case yesterday and tried it with my headphones while charging, works really good, the quality of music was absolutely the same with the original interface, and didn’t slow down the speed of charging at all!

This was an awesome case that was easy to install and now I can use my standard headphones without a clunky adapter, I would highly recommend this case to anyone buying a new iPhone.

it is an amazing case to solve the problem of iphone, I can use my earphone listening while charging, especially I can use my Bose earphone and very useful outdoors
