👉🏻Hold the tampon applicator with two fingers at the grip right above the pusher. Relax your muscles, place the tip into your vagina and slide it in all the way to the grip. Once inserted, use your index finger to slide the pusher completely in to release the tampon. After inserting the tampon, pull out the applicator (including the pusher).
