!!!!UPDATED REVIEW AFTER THE WORST THING HAPPENED.!!!!!So, my original review gave them 3 stars because they are a bit smaller than the last ones I bought were. And I didn’t feel they would offer enough protection from actual impacts. However, the other day while sanding something down in my kitchen, I had my phone rested on the tool box to serenade me with sweet sweet music while I toiled.ANYWAYS, all of a sudden, my bike (which is also in my kitchen) decided to fall over. It went full whack, tipped sideways and only stopping when it met the toolbox. And my phone screen. The bolt on my seat pole happened to be the exact part of the bike that collided perfectly with my phones screen... Full whack. I picked up the phone, seeing the screen was smashed and a hole had gone all the way through the protector. Now, I resigned myself to accepting the screen beneath it would also be smashed. But figured at least the screen protector might have minimised the damage n took the brunt of the force.As I removed the protector though, I couldn’t believe my eyes. The screen was intact. I still cannot believe it to be honest, because my bike isn’t a light aluminium one that you can spin around your finger. Its really heavy Steel.. honestly dragging it up and down my stairwell is a real workout and pain in the backside.Yet my phone lives on. Upon really close inspection you can see a teeny tiny iddybiddy chip (see photo) and then the very edge of the phone has more damage. Its taken off the top layer of paint for a 4mm area..So I’m giving this product 5 stars. Because it did it’s job above and beyond my expectation. Seriously, I wouldn’t have expected any screen protector to have been able to protect a screen from that. Completely acceptable for a screen to be smashed along with it after so much weight connected as it did. Also worth noting I have a beastly case.. though the bolt full on connected with the screen so the case was less of a factor here.. I ain’t taking any of the glory away from el screeno protecto.This thing deserves a medal.(I only hope anybody buying this product based off my review has similar luck. Though to be honest... it might have just been a miracle. The spaghetti monster could have been giving me a break).Still is smaller than the screen though, by more than the last kind I used, so if you think you’ll be judgy about that sort of thing (as I once was) then you might not like this one.As for comments about it not sticking, mine stuck on great. Just make sure the screens properly cleaned and degreased before you apply it. (I didn’t use the wipe provided, I had my own isopropyl wipes. Also watch a vid on YouTube about how to do these things first cos it saves you doing it like a thicko n messing it up.
