Pinypon - Ski Lodge Playset

It's a pretty solid toy so I will quickly list some of the things that jumped out at me. Not all of them are meant to sound like negatives as I actually think this is a good toy.- Cardboard.Some of the design parts of it are actually cardboard that a clipped onto the house using a star that acts like a reverse pushpin. (The house has a nipple and the star has a hole in the middle so you push them together. Picture Janet Jackson and the Super Bowl). It appears to hold pretty well but I can't imaging cardboard having a long storage life and makes putting it a way a little more difficult.- Stickers.You have to put your own stickers on to make the parts come alive. Takes about 10-15 min to get them on with a not-so-sober hand.Some examples are putting the headlight on the snowmobile, the clock face onto the clock, pictures on the wall, etc. There are also a few little pieces of stickers that you put onto the brick, but I didn't bother with that.- Little pieces everywhereBetween the nipple rings, the xmas tree/snowman decorations and the little accessories you can expect to lose some pieces, but it shouldn't affect the playing experience. I would actually say I was surprised by the amount of accessories that come with this toy. My daughter, 4, loves to put the little things together, so this was a plus.- Big Headed CharactersThey are very cute.Their hair comes off and you can change their faces by twisting their heads around. (Like you can do with the Lego guys).Their arms do not moveThey only turn at the waist.Very difficult to break.Overall, this toy (minus the cardboard, but it might) should last a good amount of time and my daughter really likes it.

This review is mainly for the Pinypon customer service. Our set arrived with numerous pieces missing -- and it was my daughter's gift "from Santa." Try explaining *that one* to your kid on Christmas morning --- "Santa has bad quality control, I guess! Those elves must have been working too fast! Sorry kiddo!" ANYWAY, I contacted Pinypon immediately requesting replacement pieces. I received an automated email from the company stating they would follow-up with solutions. Since I received that email, over two weeks have passed and I have heard absolutely zero! zilch! NADA! from them.After waiting several days, I opted to use Amazon's "replace item" option and Amazon IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement set with ONE DAY SHIPPING. Amazon, we've had our issues, but on this front, you ROCK. Thank you!As for the set itself -- meh -- more tiny plastic crud from China and a LOT of teeny, tiny pieces which I imagine will be easily lost. My daughter likes it so far though.

5 stars because my kiddo is 100% satisfied.we love pinypon so this was a nice suprise for her. It's easy to assemble. The stickers came a little bent and don't stick well. (most toys I buy have that problem though) and parts of the decor are a stiff card board. You can make real ice in the ice rink (it's rubber! So cool!) The pinypons can slide down the mountain, and my 3 year old loves that feature! it's so cute and so fun! Hope we can get more pinypon sets on here!!!Also as for this seller quick shipping and wonderful service ! Thank you!!!!

My little girl likes putting the dolls together but she doesn't play much with the ski slope. The paper outline to goes on it doesn't stay on well, it keeps popping off. And it takes up a lot of space as it doesn't fold down.

This toy was easy to assemble, comes with plenty of dolls (for 2 siblings not to fight over), skis, snowboards, ice skates, bobsled, etc, ties in very well with upcoming winter Oylmpics. My kids loved the skating rink but they ended up eating the ice--what the??? Anyway, this is a super cute toy, original, fun, worth the money

What a disappointment! My daughter begged me for this toy for 2 years. "Santa" delivered it for Christmas only to find that half the contents were MISSING from the box when she opened it. Not sure how to explain poor quality control at the North Pole to a small child.

excellent product, lamentable that are too expensive these days , to buy other more generally all toys PINIPON price rose too , there are many more less expensive options in the market, a real shame

I haven’t opened it yet as it is a Christmas present, but it looks exactly as pictured!
