So I'm using this in perhaps a non-conventional way: to get out of bed in the morning. I've long been plagued by extreme difficulty waking up. It's like I'm stuck between sleep and waking and can't force myself to move. Doctor can't find a thing wrong with me, so I was supposed to have a sleep study, but it's postponed until who knows when because of COVID. Somewhere I read a story about a kid with narcolepsy whose parents would stick a nicotine patch on him in the morning and the rouse him 30 minutes later. That gave me an idea to look for something stimulating I could easily take while I'm still in bed and 90% sleepy.I've been popping one of these under my tongue when I first "wake," but can't yet really move. They're so small, and it's not as though it's a pill I would have to swallow with water, which would require sitting up. And within 10-20 minutes... I feel more awake and able to get up!!!! I often take another one during the morning if I'm still feeling groggy. The taste leaves a little to be desired but you get used to it. Also, it doesn't fully dissolve sublingually. It gets very soft, but it could sit there under my tongue basically intact for 30 minutes or more if I fall back asleep. I otherwise have to move it around my mouth and basically swallow it.The caffeine content of one melt is about 1/3 cup of coffee. For me it's a perfect amount, just a little to jumpstart, but not enough to make me jittery. I think the B vitamins are helping a lot on their own because I've had more sustained energy throughout the day as well, long after any caffeine effect is gone. DISCLAIMER: I don't otherwise use caffeine, so the effect on me is probably stronger than for someone who is used to regular caffeine intake.It's been a real tangible improvement to my waking problem, so for that I am grateful. I plan to keep using these every morning!

I've had caffeine chews, caffeine mints, caffeine gum/candy/bars/drinks/powder/pills/drops/drinks - you name it, I've probably bought and tried it.It's not that those don't work. We know caffeine works.. it's that these work better. And better for the cost., too. Theres 100 sublingual tablets in here. Some other formulations have 8 or 20 or 30 for the same price as these 100.Sublingual is fine, I cant tell if that's making the caffeine more effective (maybe) but for me it's easier to take. Plus it stimulates a little saliva production so my mouth isnt so dry. And I'm getting the added benefit of B12 and B6 which I'm sure have energy benefits of their own. Most B12 supplements are sublingual so I'm sure it has something to do with that.I'm writing this review because I really like this product and hope its available for sale for a long time. I'm going to stock up on a few now though just in case. Hoping to add this to my Subscribe&Save list when available.

I used this form of sublingual caffeine to deter the effects of caffeine withdrawal as I can’t ingest caffeine orally bc it’s acidity interfers with my medication. Sublingual caffeine goes through you fast; but the energy of the b12 helps stimulate you so that you can still function somewhat when it wears off. Note I’m very physically dependant on caffeine; a former “chronic” coffee drinker. This product brings together the best of both worlds between vitamin b12 and caffeine. It makes my journey of tapering off coffee more tolerable. Is ecspecailly useful in the morning when you need that first caffeine fix and to wake up. Just pop two of these under the tongue! Will be definitely be buying more.

Once I used it a couple times, I found to be more effective. Tasted good, no funny after taste. Would purchase again in the future.

I was hoping for something that tasted better. Other than that these pills do the job.

Works without stomach issues cause you put it under your tongue. I love this stuff.
