I bought both KF filters ( 6 and 10 stop), looking for a cheaper alrernative to HAIDA/LEE which I already own. I actually have a small chip in the HAIDA filter which is extremely annoying especially when shooting in strong light.K&F state there is no color cast, but you can obviously see that there is a slight bluish color cast. i bought 3 kits, 3,6 & 10 stops and works great.no color cast or color shift and easy to clean.

This is a more affordable alternative to the big names and I'm very impressed with the quality so far. It is shipped in a nice box and encased in its leather protective pouch. The pouch looks and smells like leather but I would be surprised if it actually is at this price. Regardless, it is nice quality and should hold up for a long time. I like the strong magnet closure as it is silent to open and close out in the field and strong enough to keep out dirt and dust. The filter itself is real glass and it is multi-coated as I can see color reflections when I turn it to different angles in the light. I have used it for one roll of film so far and it has worked well. Making exposure adjustments for 10 stops results in proper exposure so it is rated properly at 10 stops. I cannot comment on any color casts to color images as I only shoot B&W film.

I ordered a new 10-stop K&F filter after seeing some reviews online. First the good stuff: the filter works well with minimal impact on sharpness and little color cast. Filter factor was close to 10-stops.The bad: I received a used filter with smudges and fingerprints.

I used the K&F ND1000 MC 20 filter for a short film production. It's drastically dark, but a solid filter when needed for a day shoot, that otherwise would have been washed out with too bright of a background. Great for keeping a creamy bokeh at a very low f-stop. I'll add pictures later. Comes with a protective leather and padded pouch.

I thought is was great. I just ordered one a little too dark. I really needed a ND8

This filter is optically accurate. The case that houses it is of a fine quality as well. I will buy additional K & F filters in the future!

Awesome filter, but only 2mm thick. Still, great optics for the price.

There was no holder inside. I have talked to the manufacturer and they told they dont sell holder and filter separately. I have asked to the seller also for the holder before ordering the product. And they confirmed that i will get filter and holder as well. But i haven't got any holder. So better buy the product from the manufacturer website only. You will get both filter and holder. I would have rated -5 but there is no option.

The filter comes in a nice protective packaging and arrived in perfect condition. It is well made and represents a very good value compared to more expensive options/brands. From my testing, the filter density is near/exactly 10 stops. There is a noticeable, but moderate blue color cast with the 10 stop, which can be corrected in post. I did not notice any loss of sharpness.

That filter is really amazing! No scratch at all. I tried it for sunset, sunrise and daylight long exposure shot. I don't see any issues. If something happened, I will update this review. There is no color cast. Very Excellent quality. Great Affordable!

I have used it on D850 with Nikon 16-35mm f4 lens on Cokin Z pro adaptor. This filter will be not good for Zoom ranges 16-24mm. It has also flare issues otherwise it is a solid build glass.

I tried it now on two different occasions and it is working very well for me. There is a very slightly color cast but easely to fix in Lightroom. Very happy with it.
