356 Porsche Technical and Restoration Guide

it was like new, not realy what I was expecting.didnt realy have any of what is pictured on the cover. but once you start reading it your captivated. it's something like the 3 stooges build or repair a porsche with almost nothing, but they figure it out and as they say "getter done"oops that was lary the cable guy, hmm he may of helped with it too. Im not putting it down at all it is well written and explained well for the most part. and made for the guy that dosent know or have all the tech skills& tools. infact I dont know if they use any porsche tools at all.it is a must read for the regular guy that wants to tinker or restor his 356 porsche, and great for the guy that already knows everything too.well worth buying nomatter what skills or tools you have.

I just got the book, it's a book of shared knowledge compiled over the years, I would recommend this book. top rate book...you won't regret it. for other people who wants to see pictures, this is not for you, it's pure understanding literature.

Just what I needed to understand the in's and out's of the 356 I just got. An excellent book, I definitely recommend it.

The Bible of restorations. The first book to purchase in any Porsche restoration effort.

The information was a collection of Q&A snippets from journals, books and magazines.If you needed tech info for a specific part or procedure then you were out of luck, unless someone had previously asked the exact problem in a Q&A session that had been printed.

This book is 80% useless. Very few hand-made pictures , all in black&white... A book titled "restoration guide" should have more information. Most things are how to make your own brackets or simple tools to fix minor glitches in the car. I really do not recommend buying it , youll just loose your money! Dont expect any usefull info on how to restore a 356 properly..

Deluso speravo in un libro che spiegasse in maniera specifica le fasi del restauro con dettagliate fotografie passo passo mi sono ritrovato un libro con qualche disegno e nulla più cercherò attraverso Amazon un libro migliore
