Werner 244XXX 240 Step Ladder, 200 Lb, 6 in, 3-1/2 Ft Comfortable Tubular Rail

My wife and I have gone through quite a few folding step stools over the years. We tried to save a few bucks each time and wound up paying for it in the long run. This item is perfection. It is strong but lightweight. It folds and unfolds so easily. i'm a 200 pounder, while my wife is half my size. We have found that it will support me with ease and it's a breeze for her to use. We really like this and would recommend it many times over.

Werner is simply a front for a below average Chinese product. I had one of these ladders. The side buckled in (apparently) thin at one section. She fell and injured herself. Safety first! Look elsewhere. You will be happy you do so. A ladder is something you do not buy every week. A ladder can last 20+ years. Therefore, spend an extra few dollars and buy a QUALITY one. Again, you will be happy that you did.

It is lightweight, very handy, and versatile. Its load rating is a bit low, which means you might not want your mother-in-law to use it. Plus, I wish they had not changed the design--even if it was slight. I have an older one, which I am accustomed to, and one has to be careful not to step wrongly on the newer one and risk an accident because one is habituated to how the older model is "stepped."

If you need a step stool, this is it! My friend bought them for himself and his two daughters and then recommended it to me when mine crashed. I'll never need another and it balances me while I use it. Sturdy and secure feeling when using it. Easy to store. I'd like another to keep in our pick up truck to help up step into the back bed.

This step ladder is perfect for every home. I have one for the outside and one for inside the house. It is very light and takes up very little room in in a closet. I seem to use these ladders all the time from changing a light build to getting up to the top cupboard or closet shelf. This is a must have for every home.

Really good step ladder. Opens and closes easily, lightweight and sturdy. I am confident when I step up on it.

I love this little ladder. Light-weight aluminum costs and so their was a premium on ordering this ladder over cheaper, heavier competitors. My wife and I are retired and don't have the strength we used to have so light tools are appreciated and valued. The Werner is easy to stow--it folds with nary a complaint and i store it with the ironing board. I thought we would use it only in the kitchen but it is so light that we find ourselves with in the garage, on the patio, and sometimes under a tree. That's the mark of a fine tool.

This lightweight easy to use ladder is everything you need. Handle is raised high enough to easily reach & lean on. Safe & secure. Exactly what I’ve been looking for.
