Excellent mechanism.
Well made and provides a great upgrade to the basic slides that came with the house. They are easy to install and seem to be very strong. The movement is smooth and having a full extension slide provides access without reaching under an edge.

Good Bracket for Kitchen Trash Drawer Replacement
Slides smooth and soft close. It was a little challenging to install and the screw heads broke off easily. Recommend using a different screw then what was included. Worked well as a replacement for kitchen trash drawer.

Good quality, I will buy again. Install can be tough.
If you are replacing existing 1/2" thick rails, then these should be easy to install. In my case though, I built my own closet cabinets and drawers so all of my measurements for the width of the cabinet and the width of the drawer had to be very, VERY precise. They sliders are exactly 1/2" thick. But max overall gap between the drawer (both sides) and the cabinet walls is 1 1/8" - this means you would have a 1/16" gap of play on either side of the drawer. Anymore than that drawer rails won't engage rail housing attached to the cabinets. But if you make it to tight the rails will pinch and won't slide easily. It must be VERY precise. One of my cabinets, at the bottom, was off by 1/8" and when I installed the slider rails the drawer rail wouldn't engage the slider housing. I added 1/16" washers as spacers to one side of the drawer which was enough to get the rail to engage the slider properly.Luckily, aside from that one bottom drawer, mine were all very precise so I was able to get these installed. Took my time and it took me about 8 hours to get everything just right. Yes, 8 hours - but I have never built cabinets before, let alone drawers. My drawers are boxes that I will attach faces to later; so each box had to be installed precisely 1 5/8" above the one below it to account for 3/4" face overhang and allow for 1/8" between faces. My drawer faces will be inset to the framing so all facing, trim, drawer/cabinet faces are flush to each other. Max spacing between all flush pieces will be 1/8". Sooo, I have to take my time in all phases of the construction - and by far, the drawers were my biggest worry so I took my time and it all came out right. Very pleased.

Quality has declined
Quality has declined. This is our second set for a new project. The first set was awesome, all worked fine and are still working. This set—one pair never did work, one lasted a couple days, and one lasted a week. I’m going to try to find another brand.

Good, solid soft close rails for kitchen drawers
This was just as advertised, and works super well...BUT the installer needs to1) make sure they are mounted perfectly level and in parallel to each other (pretty obvious...there may be some Kreg jigs that can assist with this)2) make sure the full run of the rails once mounted is perfectly square...meaning, the distance between the two rails in the front is identical to the distance between the two rails in the back. Make sure to check the "squareness" of where you are going to use these prior to installation.Unfortunately, I was using this to retrofit old cabinets that were not square, and found out the hard way after mounting the first set of rails. This required redoing the mount points of the rails on the old cabinets, which was a time consuming job. The RAILS themselves are fantastic, smooth and soft closing. They were a good price when I purchased them. I also decided to buy a few extra backup rails in case there was a long term future problem, as I wanted an easy swap out, but after months of use they continue to function perfectly.

Don’t buy - shorted my order - flimsy quality
***I ordered 20 pair and only received 10. I worked with customer service who directed me to the manufacturer who basically didn’t believe me even though I had pictures and video of the shipment. They refused to send me the other 10.***So you might get cheated out of what you order from this company. It also took 2 months to work with Lontan via email. They’re a Chinese company and it took 5-7 days for them to email me back each time. One of those times it took them over 10 days to respond. My mistake was not inspecting the package when it arrived, which is why Amazon was unable to help. This was for a long term project and I didn’t inspect until I was ready to install them. The quality - seems ok. The seemed flimsy at first, but I installed the 10 I received. They are a bit flimsy, but they work. The screws they ship with are absolute junk. But you can get your own for pennies that are much better. If you’re buying these because you don’t want to get them from your local home store, then get the ones from homdiy - they’re almost identical and they’re cheaper. That’s what I got the 2nd time.

Solid build but hard to install and a bit stiff
These are a good value but they’re not the best. I bought them because I built a bank of 15 drawers and wanted to save a little money while still getting a soft-close slide. The build quality is very good and I’m sure it will hold up to the weight. The install tolerance is too tight unless you have a cabinet shop. I spent hours getting the gap as close to 1/2” as I could using basic tools and scribing off the actual drawers. I’m confident I was within 1/16” over a pair but some were too tight and some were too wide and that definitely affected how smoothly it worked. The ones that were dead on 1/2” were better but even those were a bit stiff. If I gave a gentle push to close one, it still usually won’t close all the way. The slides in my kitchen on the other hand ( not sure what brand they are) can be easily closed by just a slight push.Lastly, the screws would be better if they were pan head. The picture does show tapered head screws so I’m not claiming false advertising but in the instructions it says it comes with 1/2” pan head and those are better for the job. The screws it comes with are just ok but also note that they’re 3/4”. I had to buy my own 1/2” pan head screws since my drawer sides were 1/2”. I recommend #8 screws.
