Excellent product with quick delivery

This cleaner works well on lighter fur felt. I used it on a camel or light brown fur felt fedora and it does a good job removing dirt spots. I also used it to remove stains on a tan fur felt hat. It's easy to use.

I bought this for cleaning a wool felt hat. The foam really develops quickly, so it was hard to get at the stain with pinpoint accuracy. It did remove most of the stain on brushing the area after drying, and didn't affect the color of the hat. I don't know that I would use it on a good fur felt hat without testing for colorfastness on an unseen area of my hat. My hatter recommends testing underneath the crown, removing the satin lining if necessary.

Do not use on white hats!! I used this on a brand new 6x white Stetson and it completely stained and ruined this brand new hat. Turned it yellow - looks like it has a huge grease stain on it. I am extremely disappointed in the false advertising and no warnings.
