I have suffered with sinus congestion since I was a child with many sinus & ear infections. I have been using the breathing strips with some success but could not use them every night because of irritation to my skin. I am so grateful I found these nose-vents. I now sleep through the night without sinus congestion waking me up every couple of hours and having to resort to nasal sprays that can cause their own set of problems.If you suffer with nasal congestion give these little life savers a try. I even use them during the day when my allergies are bad. And they do not cause any nasal irritation so don't worry about that. In fact they keep my nasal passages from drying out at night....win...win for me.

This product is good, however it DOES fall out through out the night. Both me and my wife used these. This product would be better fulfilled if there was a way to include a necklace of some sort that attaches to the nose piece so it does not fall. Hope this helps.

I have issues for snoring and I haven’t been able to find a product that has been helpful other than his CPAP machine and I just hit them. I tried those little strips that go across your nose in there uncomfortable in the peel your skin. I stumbled across these and I have to tell you it is an amazing little product it really opens my sinuses I get them much better nights rest and I couldn’t be happier with him and for the price that you pay so well worth it

Great breathing aid. Much softer than others while still structurally strong in my nostrils. The xl one helps me sleep much better.

These do help minimize snoring to some degree but definitely hard to get used to. There’s a big jump in size from the small to the next size so not the most comfortable. I wouldn’t really recommend them (even though I really wanted them to work)

It didn't work it for me. But that month they tried it I had a runny nose for most of that time, so I don't know without the runny nose and might have worked. I'm not going to try again though

it was a great idea to purchase these nose vents. they are small and soft , still work great. the material is pleasant to touch so after you find your size you practically don't feel it in your nostrils. happy to find this simple solution for snoring problem
