Very fast shipping. Great little costume tutu for the price. It did smell when we first opened it, but by the end of the day, the smell was nearly gone. So while I can't disagree with other reviewers, it really was just a temporary and minor inconvenience.

The sizing on this item is not very clear. I ordered it for my 5 year old (44 inches tall and 42 lbs), and it is a little snug. It's for a Vanillope Von Schweetz costume and it will be great for that.

Recurved in 3 days. It was perfect for the costume I wore!

Totally cheap...literally, cheaply made and cheaply priced. Not entirely shocked that it is crap but it will work for a one time costume for my 12 year old daughter who is thin.

Even though the tutu is probably meant for girls, I got this as part of a Halloween costume after reading other adult reviewers who said the tutu fit them. To my pleasant surprise, it fit me also. I'm 5'2", mid-20's and almost 120lbs and the tutu stretched to fit me just right.

You certainly have to wear leggings under this, or super thick tights or a leotard. It will not 'hide' panties, it is too transparent. It worked well for a costume that also had leggings as part of it.

This is a two layer tulle skirt with a ribbon/sink elastic waistband. Used it to make a Halloween costume and it got the job done.

I ordered this tutu for myself hoping it would stretch to fit me for a Halloween costume and it did. I'm 5' 1" and 120 lbs. I ordered two so I could layer them and have it be nice and full. Quality seems nice so far. However, I was extremely surprised and disappointed I was charged shipping and handling TWICE when I ordered the product at the same time and it arrived in the same envelope... it would have cost less than $5 in a flat rate shipping BOX and I was charged $10 for them to be crammed into an envelope... Overall product is decent, shipping-not so much.
