Awesome product. Super Happy
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what I was looking for. Great product for many reasons. The built quality seems amazing. Nice weight and all the buttons and knobs seem nice and tight. comes with everything that you need to hook this up to your camera including cable and tripod adapter. The 2 biggest features of course is the ability to hook mulitiple mics into this device and then have the sound outputted directly to the camera (which you can control the volume of each device/microphone) or directly to a audio recorder. The next big one is the ability to know have a headphone jack. Many cameras have mic jacks but no headphone jack and this gives you one. being able to hear with your mics are hearing before they sound goes to the recorder is huge and this gives you that. So awesome! For the price, I really don't think you cant find something better. A fantastic addition to your camera especially if audio is important, which it should be. Just buy it!

Solution to sony missing headjack problem!
The media could not be loaded. This dual audio mixer is the answer I needed for my Sony a6300. If you own a Sony a6000, a6300, or a6500 you know that it does not have a headphone jack to check your audio levels. One of the biggest reasons for me to get this device. This is a perfect answer for those who conduct interviews and do not have a lot of equipment. You can purchase 2 mics and feed them to the Comica CVM AX-1 which in turn records directly to the camera and syncs with the video. Saving you time and money so you don't have to sync the audio to video in post. The build feels sturdy since it is made of aluminum alloy so if you plan to use this for vlogging it is not ideal but can work. The Gain-Volume knobs are smooth and the female cold shoes are long so you can mount a mic or any cold shoe device anywhere on the audio mixer. All in all great buy for the price.

Solid small mic amp for the price
I was pretty wary about "Comica" but pulled the trigger on three Comica items: this audio mixer/amp, an unpowered mic and a powered mic. Used on 5 shoots so far, and the results are pretty good. I tried both mics at the same time and can easily balance them using the features on this mixer. For not a lot of money you get decent sound - way better than the camera's built in mic. It's not high-end audiophile quality, but for me it works well for interviews and such.

Great Mixer BUT Output Audio no Preamp
The media could not be loaded. PROS: Ok so the mixer it self is great with a nice built quality, does everything that it is suppose to.it says that is capable to connect up to 2 mics but i got 3 mics working with it! great controlsONLY ONE CON: not enough to remove a star, the Audio output that goes to your camera does not have a preampso you have to use the preamp of your camera, that could be an issue if you use a DSLR.The solution to this problem is to use the headphone jack in to your DSLR.So my message to COMICA is to add the preamp on to the Output Audio

Not worth the money.
First of all, when I purchased this mixer, it was advertised as a pre-amp. It is not one, for the price of a pre-amp, it seemed quite good, nice and simple functions, but it's just a mixer. As a mixer, it does that function just fine, and offers a headphone monitor out, which is useful since some cameras do not have a monitor out, or the amp for the headphone jack is horrible and distorts when your recording is actually clean. If you're not using a pretty high boosted microphone(s), I'm not sure what would be the point of this mixer. The biggest issue with external mics on cameras is the internal preamp is just awful, so you need to drop your input level super low and make your Mic pass a hot signal. Mixing multiple mics isn't going to improve your audio quality.Unless you need an actual mixer for some reason, save your money and buy a decent preamp that offers all the functions of this box and a good clean hot signal for your audio.

Works Well
Just got it and tested it out and work very well. I plugged in my Synco D2 Shotgun mic into left input using an unbalanced xlr to mini mono adapter. Then plugged in my Comica Boom X-D wireless reciever into the right input. Switched both inputs to mic and ran it stereo out so I have control of Shotgun on left channel and Comica on right channel into my Panasonic FZ2500 mic input. Got clean audio into camera and was able to adjust volume for each mic. It might be my camera, my Sony MDR-7506 headphone, or the type of cable, but the only issue I had was a hum (gounding hum) coming out of the headphone jack when I had my camera plug into the unit. The hum only appears in my headphone, I still get a clean audio feed from the unit output to the camera. The headphone hum goes away when I unplug the cable to the camera, it also goes away if I plug my headphone direct into the camera, strange, but for me big deal with the work around. I'll update if I have any issues when it goes out in the field.

Well built and functional
Build quality is very impressive for such an inexpenssive product, and the audio quality is first rate. I needed a way to interface 2 lavalier mics that relied on built in 3V power to a handheld Tascam audio recorder. I didn't think I would need anything elaborate, but I was wrong, this is not easily do-able. The Comica CVM-AX1 Audio Mixer Adapter accomplished this goal perfectly, and at a reasonable price.

Works very well. Needed to balance my music and dance sounds.
Works very well. Needed to balance my music and Spanish dance sounds while filming for about 10 hours. (on/off for some intervals). It did the job 100%. I was surprised on how long the batteries lasted. Changed halfway before the red light come on just to be safe. Could not hear any electrical interference (also check for interference on my digital waveforms). I recommend this product.
