Love this book, teaches counting and simple

Disappointed it arrived bent but giving it 5 stars because that has nothing to do with the book itself.

I know my nieces band nephews will enjoy looking at this book. They love gardening and the bright illustrations will hold their attention. Countingthe pieces of vegetables is a clever way to learn their numbers.

Cute book

Children loved it and enjoys counting the vegtables. I read it over and over.

My 3 1/2 year old daughter loves to find the hidden numbers in each picture. She wants to read this book over and over. We first found it at our library. When it was time to return it she asked if we could "own' it. I knew it was a winner!

I purchased this book as part of a grant on gardening. I wanted to add literacy to the process of raising our own vegetables. It is a great counting book as well and at the end they put a salad together....something children don't always like.

My son just loves this book. We make a game out of using this book to teach him numbers and counting from 1-12. Great way to teach kid initial numbers. Very pictorial and high quality book.

Enjoyable book. Son liked looking for the hidden numbers on each page. Nice book. Fun facts at the end a good idea.

Great simple story for little ones to follow. Like the addition of numbers. Good graphics and a lovely way of teaching children about growing.
