Won’t hurt your ears
This stands up against much more expensive head sets. Very comfortable. I wear headset all day in my work. Very clear audio.

I have a $16 one from wish that work better
People hear me just fine but the volume is very low no matter how high you turn it up on the phone or headset

When I look at the item online it said it was like new, when I receive the item it wasn’t like it was described and it didn’t work. I try to return it but in the post office I had to pay to send it back why do I have to pay for something that I already pay for plus it doesn’t work send me the label to return it.
