Burnt out
No longer works after about 20 days of use (turned out about 30 minutes per day, 4 to 5 days a week). I bought two and it happened to both almost at the same time, so not coincidental. Do not buy.

Good for up to a10ft by10ft room ( 100 sq ft )
I bought this due to COVID-19.I am 67 and AFIB ( irregular heartbeat ).I live alone in an apt. and this is perfect for my bathroom. This wear I remove gloves and masks and wash-up. This light is about 9 inches long. Made of plastic and metal it is sturdy and well marked with warnings about the light and Ozone exposure.I t has a very high output and you can certainly smell the Ozone. The control has a timer so you can select 5,15,30 or 60 minutes depending on the room size. It also has a delay to allow you to leave the room before the light comes on. n the last pic above you can seethe light coming through the crack in the door.Turned it on for just 5 minutes to test and you can really smell the Ozone. It is not advisable to breath in more than a little Ozone, so use adequate caution ESPECIALLY AROUND CHILDREN AND PETS.A small but powerful disinfectant for all kinds of bacteria and viruses.

How would you know it works
Cord is too short but it has been durable. But seriously... it is just a blue light; how could I possibly test its efficacy. Still it is permanent next to my contact lens gear and gets turned on everyday to try and disinfect tooth brushes and things going into my eyes

Did not work for bad odor, unit fell off plug and broke bulb
I had a musty smell coming from my under bathroom sink cabinet due to a leak. After repairing the leak and drying it, I ran this ozone bulb 3 times, underneath the cabinet base, to address the odor. Any odor improvement only lasted a few days at most so I gave up and was going to try something else. Then, when I bent over and unplugged the unit and picked it up off the floor, I picked it up by the on/off timer piece (middle of the cord) and the ozone bulb/ballast fell off the end of the cord, there was no secure connection when plugged into the bulb/ballast and it cracked the bulb, so besides not working on the odor, it is now broken and a waste of money. The power cord should fit snugly into the bulb holder/ballast, not fall off the cord.

Does a good job
I picked this up to help with the Covid-19 mess we are all in that was thrust upon us for disinfecting surfaces, mail and around the house. I tested first by running in our master bath / shower. I ran it with exhaust fan running in 2 - 15 minute sessions in different positions. Ozone took a few hours to diminish, it does produce quite a bit but it's not a problem for us. What we noticed is that when you enter the bathroom it just smells fresh and new and has remained so. We are sold on this bulb and will replace when needed. For Covid-19 I have a box in the garage with the light in it where I made a small stand to separate mail standing upright and parallel with room for work gloves, masks etc. I run for 5 minutes with the lid on the box and assume all contents are disinfected and safe for use. It's a confined space so 5 minutes should be sufficient.

The ozone is very powerful
I often use uvc light in my esthetics practice. The ozone is never this strong. I guess because I'm used to the 200 220 nm range. Enough to kill germs, but not put out so much ozone as to make the germ killing a trade off for other health. The lamp itself is very easy to use and the instructions are clear. But the amount of ozone put off in just 5 minutes of use makes it impossible for me to use it as often as I would like just to avoid exposure. The ozone lingers in fabrics like masks long after they have been sterilized. But I am very glad to have the lamps. They do give me peace of mind. But extreme caution must be used.

Worked for a few hours
Lamp was a little smaller than I expected but big enough. Looked kind of fragile so I mounted it where it wouldn't accidentally get hit or knocked off the mount. Didn't do any specific testing to verify wavelength, etc., but it does appear to be a low pressure mercury vapor lamp. Bulb says it's a Coospider 6W UVC OZONE lamp, but doesn't say where it's made or anything else, so who knows. Amazon listing says bulb lasts for 8,000 hours. Mine lasted for 3. Six sessions of 30 min. each. Timer works, but bulb does not light. Don't know if it's the bulb or the housing/ballast. The bulb looks ok. Filaments are both intact. End are snug. Maybe the gas leaked out or maybe it's something else. Bottom line - it lasted 3 hours of use.Sent an email to the seller - supposed to have a 1 year warranty. Got no reply. Maybe you'll have better luck. I sure didn't.
