This was a present and they love it

Bought this to supplement my gym activities. My brother had a similar one that runs on AA batteries - I decided upon this one as it is rechargeable via a usb cable. The pads etc are easy to apply and you can certainly feel them working. After a few days use I can feel some muscle tightness across my abdomen. I’m not sure they’ll ever give me a six pack but any help with toning is welcome.

Worked OK but occasionally felt like it was close to ripping when I removed the battery packs from the pads.My biggest gripe is that the units simply stopped charging after just 3 months.Threw it away and will not be re-purchasing.

Als zusätzliches Trainingsgerät für Zuhause habe ich diesen Elektrostimulationstrainer gekauft. Die Funktionsweise ist durch Stromstöße eine Kontraktion der Muskeln herzustellen. Dadurch werde sie trainiert. in dem Paket ist ein großes "Traingsgerät" für zb. Bauch und Rücken und zwei kleine für Arme, Beine usw. Insgesamt sind noch 3 Kontrollpads enthalten, mit denen man die Stärke und die Modi der Kontraktion steuern kann. Geladen wird es über USB und ein Kabel liegt auch dabei. Ausserdem sind noch viele Ersatzklebepads eingeschweißt mitgeliefert. Sollten die vorhandenen Pads an den Geräten nicht mehr richtig halten oder fusselig oder brüchig werden, so kann man die austauschen. Hier auch der Hinweis, dass man vor dem Benutzen die Haut waschen sollte, dass die Wirkung nicht durch Verunreinigung,Staub,Fuseln,Fett, beeinträchtigt wird. Die Klebepads halten wirklich gut und man sollte bei den Stromstärken erstmal ganz klein anfangen. Die Wirkung ist wirklich stark. Am nächsten Tag hatte ich wirklich Muskelkater und das nach 15 Minuten "Training". Leider ist die Anleitung nur auf chinesisch. Aber wer sich bisschen die Bewertungen anschaut und Erfahrung hat mich solchen Geräten wird sich schnell einfinden.

Ho deciso di aspettare qualche giorno primaDi esprimere la mia opinione e dopo averlo provato un po’ devo dire che sicuramente grazie anche al cambio di alimentazione e a qualche esercizio mi vedo più tonica, fra una sessione e l’altra attacco questo stimolatore così che i miei muscoli continuino a muoversi. Mi piace soprattutto il fatto che sia così leggero, pratico e comodo da usare, può essere caricato tramite usb con il cavo in dotazione e ha anche dei patch di riserva, davvero ottimo.Spedizione precisa e puntuale come sempre!

J'étais vraiment septique concernant l'efficacité de ses "muscleurs automatiques" et pour être sincère je n'ai pas encore assez de recul pour savoir si oui ou non c'est efficace mais en tous cas pour les quelques séances que j'ai fait je sens que ça travaille vraiment ! J'ai des crampes aux abdos donc ça me semble être bon signe. Pack assez complet et pas cher, j'aime bien ! Si j'y pense je mettrai à jour ce commentaire pour vous dire s'il y a du progrès.

un petit qui a tout d'un grand , en plus utilisation avec rechargement avec prise d'ordi.les petits modèles sont pratique pour les bras .je suis satisfaite , surtout avec ce petit prix .
