This is an easy read with lots of relevant information for today's learners. Great for a first time instructor transitioning from face-to-face to virtual classroom!

This text has a considerable amount of useful information, but you have to dig for it a bit. It may have been a better work if it were organized differently.

I recommend this book when I am facilitating courses about online tutoring. It's a good mix of research and practical experience. Written in a very accessible style, I'm surprised I'm the first to review this book.
