Black Matte Bear Steamer

DO NOT PURCHASE! I have been going back and forth and they will not find a solution for me. this product was not completed after taken out the mold! it looks horrible. John Wright company DOES NOT stand by their product and I'm so unhappy with how it looks. this is a expensive product and I'm flabbergasted that they would send such a horrible out and be okay. i even showed them pictures and how it does NOT look like the picture. horrible!!!

I bought this as a gift for my parents, who recently purchased a new wood stove. Upon inspection of the product, I was not happy with what I saw. However, Christmas was soon, so I decided to let my folks decide if they would keep it, which they did. I would not have. Sadly I didn't take a picture before passing the steamer on, but the bear looks as if it is melting, drooping, due to the mold not being tight enough during the casting process. The picture advertised is not what I received. I would have taken a grinder to it it weren't for the problem of paint. For a hundred dollars, I expect more, and I feel bad that I gifted this product.

I bought it for my husband as an anniversary gift. He loved it! I keep it on my wood burning stove. It is the cutest steamer I have ever seen! Worth the money.

Needs to have a bit more finish work done to be worth what they are charging for it. You can see the line from the molding process.

Purchased the steamer as a gift for our son .They had one just like it previously and wanted one just like it again. Worked great, besides being a great conversation item.

Garbage I returned same day I received not worth 20 dollars do not buy nothing like pictures show

It looks very sturdy. We bought this as a gift and hope they like it.

The casting is pretty bad. I’d value something like this at $30-$40. The bears face looks smunched.
