As for what it does , it works as intended! Love the stuff ! Thought it was worth the money to get and the amount you get . The flavor I recommend adding a flavor . This one doesn’t taste great alone .. recommended to stack with “total war” or big noise with flavor to bypass that bitter flavor . I also use all three powders mentioned in this post pre workout and it really does the trick !

This stuff is awesome. God is sitting on a golden throne drinking this stuff right now. Stack it with Big Noise and an amino energy pre-workout of your choosing and you will have endless energy in the gym.

Not quite unflavored l but it works.

Great product like all of the others from RedCon1. Only thing I would note is that unflavored does not mean that it doesn’t have a taste, but that is an oversight on my part. Would buy a flavor next time.

So I picked up the the unflavored version of this, my first thought was please don’t throw up. My second thought was I should have mixed this with my prework out. That all being said I’ve only had this a few times. I only use when working out so it’s hard to tell what is what in terms of helping. HMB has been in a few studies for stimulating better growth for noob lifters so I figured I’d give it a try. The price point is a bit steep for something you can just supplement own it’s own in pill form for much cheaper on top of the vitamin d. Which I’m sure most people get this for. This does however help get calcium in for those on a calorie deficit.

I've used this stuff for a couple days now and haven't really noticed any benefit at all. Seems like a giant waste of money. And what's worse, I mixed it with the Total War pre-workout and the taste was unbelievably bad. I mean it's borderline unbearable. It's so bad that I'm tempted to throw it in the trash even though I just dropped $50+ on it. Don't waste your money.
