My 2 and a half year old son loves this Gup-A toy. He just got it today and was so excited to play with it. I didn't expect it to be as big as it was, which is a great positive. It comes with Shellington, Peso, and Tweak figures (amongst various creatures, tools, and creature cards). My son plays a bit rough with his toys, but I feel all the pieces will hold up to it. I do not regret this buy. There are some stickers that need to be attached. I simply sent him off with his father for a bath and attached them while he wasn't there to ensure no fussing. If your child is a fan of the Octonauts and their Gups, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it...they will love it. (BTW, I bought it for $37 on a limited deal).Update: It is July 2020 and this Gup is still in tact despite every day (rough) play. We stay home a lot now because of CoVid-19, and the Gup-A has been awesome. We have bought the Gup-X, and compared to the A, it is of inferior quality as far as durability goes. We have bought our son 4 Gups, and the Gup-A is of the best quality hands down.

My 3.5 year old is a big Octonauts fan, and this toy is perfect for him. He is just getting into a good age for imaginitive play with action figures, and has a great time using the tools to rescue various sea creatures. I like how all of the pieces store inside, and especially how the Creature Report cards match all of the creatures in the set, so we can learn their names and remember episodes about those creatures. Fun and educational. Sturdy, too; great for preschool age. The only thing that would make it better is if the cards had some brief facts about the creatures instead of just their name, but it is still a great and fun toy.

Wow! My son’s new favorite toy! He’s played with it for hours! He LOVES Octonauts and instantly recognized the Gup-A and crew. He’s just a little over two and this is perfect. It is tough enough to stand up to a toddler and has so many cool features. He’s driven it all over the house and played with all the little Octonauts and sea creatures. I have no idea why Octonaut toys are so pricey, but at least this is very entertaining. Great toy for Octonaut fans!

Very big gup!, awesome for on the go since it can hold everything it comes with, awesome quality and comes with sticker decals, everything was brand new in box, exactly as pictured and shipped on time, the box itself was packaged well with only slight damage to one of the corners but im not a collector and my 4yr old ripped right thru it anyway haha

The kids have not stopped playing with this since we got it. Lots of fun for them and they keep coming up with new adventures to act out. Seems durable, they have dropped it and crashed it into walls and it's still going strong. A bunch of ocean animal pieces and tools though, so have a plan for storing the extras!

I think it's a bit overpriced, but that's a character toy for you . I find the dozens of tiny parts a pain to keep track of, but. . . My 3 year old does like it a lot. She was disappointed some character were missing, but we've played with it plenty since Christmas. She loves helping peso care for sick creatures.

I waited and waited and waited for this thing to come down in price. After receiving it, it totally would've been worth it to have paid more. It is a great, sturdy toy that keeps my 2 1/2 year old occupied for long stretches of time. He loves all the little pieces, especially the creature report cards. Definite must have for the Octo"nut" in your life ;p

I bought Gup-A Megapack for my grandson's 5th birthday. He wanted to play with it right away. He has seen every episode of Octonauts. Some of his favorites he's seen many times. He re-enacts certain episodes and makes up some of this own. He has voices for all the characters and loves moving them around with the all the gear on his imaginary adventures.
