Excellent lighting for small band!!

My children are obsessed with these stage lights! We put them in our basement in an area that they use for a stage to put on plays. They are so easy to use, the kids can do the lighting themselves and they really create an ambience for each scene of their plays. They change the whole atmosphere of the basement and really make it an experience for them!

Sound mode using DMX does not work same as older models with no remote. It does go to Sound Mode manually, but not if using DMX. Looks like DMX sound mode is some kind of alternating flashing colors, which is probably ok, but not the same as older models.Also when I opened it up it looks like when they added the remote module inside they removed the fan. Its quieter, which is good, but now will it overheat inside the case?Overall these are ok lights. I use them as stage lighting for bands and they have lasted well.

The media could not be loaded. We use these as outdoor lights when camping. It's easy to change colors and looks awesome pointing at background trees around the campsite.

Overall for the cost, these lights are great. The packaging they arrived in were nice and professional. I had no problems using or programming the lights using MyDMX3.0 software from ADJ. I was also able to use a couple of the lights in manual mode and control them with the remote, which also worked fine - only comment with the remote is the directivity of the IR LED is pretty wide, meaning it might control more than one light at a time if you don't directly point at the one you are trying to control closely.As for the build quality, everything is plastic, minus the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is pretty thin and flexible, as most other reviews indicate. But, for the price of the lights, that was expected and doesn't really affect their performance. I do wish the lights had IEC cables rather than a built in plug - makes it easier to mount and rig because you can use different length IEC cables rather than a bunch of extension cords. Additionally, if there was an IN and OUT for power on these, that would make stringing them together much easier was well.As for the performance of the lights, I was slightly disappointed with the color of the LEDs. All of the colors seem to be off slightly - for example, the red channel looks more orange than red. I was having a difficult time trying to get nice, deep, dark colors out of these lights; but again, for the price, they were still good. They are very bright, as other reviews also indicated. The beam angle of these is very tight and directive though, I may look into some kind of diffuser for these in the future because of that.I used these lights along with some others inside and outside for a pool party I hosted. I had 6 of the pars mounted outside under a deck in the summer with ~85 degree F weather for the day. They were running from about 2:00pm until 12:00am with no issues at all. I have also used them a few other times since then and have not had any problems either. I would recommend these lights to anyone looking for some lights for a party, or decorations, or even photography (which is on my list to try).

The media could not be loaded. They are cheap. But they work and they are bright!!!I used them on sound along with the remote. I have 6 on a tree.. they light up the dance floor You just have to set ‘em up high. They are about 8ft In the video. Compared to the $1000 gig bar. I think these are more creative for a third of the price They are DMX programmable

I have been djing for over 22 years. I have had multiple setups with lighting that could fill a basketball court. I must say how times have changed with the introduction of led lighting. I have used other "well known" named brands of lighting costing hundreds more. These lights are fantastic for the price. The remote control aspect of the lights are "let alone" fantastic. Especially for a mobile dj such as myself. When I have bought uplighting in the recent past by the "well known" dj brands a light like this with it's capabilities costed me at least 125.00 to 150.00 per par light. Lighting can get very expensive. I am very picky with the equipment I buy and have to say have two so far and just purchased two of the 54 light pars which include a white led diode as well.I purchased the 36 led yeesite led par lights. These lights have a smooth fade to them. Wonderful colormixing abilities with individual control of RGB if you want to dial in on that exact color you want for wall wash or just plain dancefloor wash. Have auto program for the DJ or person that wants to set it and forget it. Maybe even just the house party or backyard event. I did not receive these for any cheaper than anyone else on amazon but I felt I had to give these lights a review just for the simple fact of price and the quality. They are even fan cooled which I did not expect. I don't think a light with 1 watt diodes really needs a fan but it's nice to know that the unit will stay cool. Especially since I will be using these for 5 to 6 hours full on during events. Hopefully yeesite will come out with battery operated par lights so that it will become a completely wireless solution to what I need
