Exactly as described
This is just what I wanted, however, mine arrived dented due to the fact that it was shipped in a soft mailer instead of a box as expected - I mean, who does that?? My husband reshaped it for me and it works just fine now but if he couldn't fix it, I would have sent it back.

Pour gourmands uniquement, en 30cm.
Excellent moule ! Les 2 parties sont faciles à lier, ou délier, vraiment antiadhérent, donc aucun soucis de démoulage. Il se nettoie très simplement et le plateau est suffisamment robuste pour ne pas plier sous le poids (c'est léger, il n'y a que de la crème !).Son seul défaut, finalement, est qu'il est gourmand en ingrédients :) Pour un flan pâtissier, il m'aura fallu 2 litres de lait, 10 oeufs, 400gr de pâte brisée etc. ... et beaucoup de place dans le frigo...En tout cas totalement ravis de cet achat.
