NO ISSUES, Love this derma roller set
I noticed the review about the broken head and I justwanted to say this happens as a result of over tightening or over twisting thehead onto the handle. I have removed and installed these heads on this productnumerous times with out any problems at all. You can clearly feel when the headis properly installed, not to mention there is line up guides on the handle andthe head attachments to indicate the roller is properly put together. I do lovethis product and the multiple heads that come with it and the case with thedisinfection tank built right in.

NO MORE EXPENSIVE MICRONEEDLE TREATMENTS
After having a professional micro needling treatment, the treatments were too expensive. I have been using the roller for about 3 weeks and it has been a great purchase. The results for me have been amazing. It’s the perfect little kits with the multiple heads and disinfection tank.

IT does the job
Love the case, delivery and various sizes including the smallest piece. The fine needle point is great. Just be careful and gentle with switching pieces as the insert pin is plastic and could break off.

CUT MY FACE
Microneedlers are awesome for implementing into your skincare routine, but not this one. It is my third derma needler I've owned. Tried using it for the first time yesterday and it stopped rolling mid way and cut my face! Are you kidding me?! I don't recommend this one to anyone. It isn't safe at all.

A tad disappointed
I never feel like it takes off the dry top layer of dermis, that helps your skin feel smooth and fresh. I was trying to return it but can't figured I'd let others know.
