- To collect the information, this attendance system has a two ways of obtaining the information and they are through a LAN connection or retrieve them by plugging a simple USB stick in the allocated port. It comes in array of languages and voice prompt is available as well as record query that can be queried by people about their own attendance after authentication. The advantages of this system are huge as it monitors employee's attendance fairly, which can be queried by themselves and prevents them clocking in for others as well as arranging and organizing everything neatly to be downloaded or transferred without the need for any paperwork.
