This product has great flavor and is very convenient for travel.

I think the product does what it's supposed to do... That is, to help you poop, without taking harsh laxitives (which can lead to dependancy if used regularly). It does work very well. HOWEVER, if you're prone to flatulence you can expect to have a massive atack of the farts about 10 hours after you take it. I took the Metamucil in the morning and actually had to leave a live theater performance that started at 8:00 pm. (Actually some of the people around me left before I did. I wonder why?) I would rather recommend Citrucell it soes the same job without the gas.

Take these every trip I take to maintain. Highly recommend. Also easy to take on the go if I want at work

The taste of these packets reminds me of tang from the 90’s (not a bad thing), best if mixed with hot water to let dissolve and then add in some ice cubes. Great way to get more fiber and stay on track.

Tastes much better than the competition. Less artificially sweet than competitors. Works for IBS symptom control.

Overall the product does its job, it has a weird after taste but not very noticeable
