Q: I have this lite flush on my Mako 28 and there is no water entering the toilet .i have to fill the bowl manual to flush it. do I need to trash it ?

Internally mounted, high speed, non-clogging, centrifugal, waste macerating pump driven by powerful 240 watt, 12 volt dc, permanent magnet motor with ball bearings and robust ceramic seal, discharges up to 5ft (1.5m) above the base of the toilet. Raw Water Rinse pump inlet - ¾" (19mm) hose tails. Flush pump discharge - 1½" (38mm) hose tail. Jabsco, self-priming rinse pump up to 3m (10ft), dry running, diaphragm water pump driven by 12 volt dc, permanent magnet, ball bearing motor. One Touch 'Press and Release' switch pad mounted on wall with four flush and rinse finctions, sealed for life, with 10 -feet (3m) link cable, fitted quick connector, and heat shrink seal.

Q: Is there any way to find out if this is the model with belt problems?

Hello, We updated all of the Lite Flush toilets in 2016 with aluminum pulleys and a new belt. There is none of the older toilets in circulation anymore so I can guarantee you will receive an updated toilet. If you look at the serial number on the label on the box, the first 2 numbers will be the your the toilet was manufactured. Regards, Jabsco.

Q: is the holding tank built in? how is it drained?

Hi Albert, the holding tank is built above water line, with a valve below waterline, the tank is then discharged by gravity.

Q: Can this toilet be in a wet bath environment in a Campervan?
