New, never fitted or used, boxed with 20mm angled waste fitting. Sink diameter 300mm.The hob will run on Butane or Propane at 28mb, 30mb or 37mb. It has two small and one large burner. Hob and sink have combined flush glass lid. They are designed to fit onto a worktop with clamps provided. The model is a Smev 8303 with and tap hole and tap fitted.
