Excellent for cleaning a laser printer
So far this vacuum has been a winner. Did a super job of cleaning our color printer and no toner mess. I have not yet had to change the filter bag but the instructions are straightforward. Suction is excellent for the intended job. If you're looking for a shop-vac, look elsewhere. If you need to vacuum laser printers and other electronics, this vac is what you need. Also, this is a relatively quiet vacuum - not at all disruptive. Definitely recommended though be careful to buy the correct replacement bags. There are a number of similar looking bags but make sure the ones you buy are specifically for this unit.

Nice little toner vac.
This unassuming little toner vac -- and little is a good thing -- does what you expect of it and doesn't get in the way. Solid construction. Liked it so much I bought the awesomely powerful 4hp model for general cleaning.

Reliable
Very reliable, very capable. Filters are easy to change out, as are the bags. Hose is sturdy and the attachments are useful. The shoulder strap is comfortable and makes it easy to use and the cord is plenty long enough to get to the job without having to contort yourself. Could use a case, but that's a small gripe.I've been using mine for a couple of years now, and it just keeps plugging away.

Works great for toner spills
This vacuum comes with a lot of attachments which is really nice. Suction is good to and works great for toner spills. Cleaned my printer without a problem. The only remark I have is that the vacuum itself is round/cylinder so it isn’t stable when you put it in a floor or table

Ok, not great.
This vacuum is OK, not great. Expensive for the average performance. Many (maybe too many) attachments, which makes storage a problem. Seems to clean nicely but runs VERY loud.

Great vac
This vac saved me lots of money in service calls to clean my pair of HP Color Laserjet 8500DN printers. Powerful, reasonably quiet (it's a vacuum, afterall.) The one bad thing has nothing to do with the vac but rather the group Amazon put together. They have listed vac bags that DON'T FIT this machine. Shame on you, Amazon.

Excellent portable vaccum
Suction is slightly less than I would have hoped, but ample for the job. Directions for assembly are honestly a bit unclear; but the thing is so simple, it is just a matter of not over thinking it.

Metro vacuum is a good choice
Great vacuum. Best little machine for cleaning checkstands in our store. You might want to buy the case to hold it, lots of little pieces.
