Absolutely works perfectly
I bought my first switch over a year ago. Since then I have purchased over 10 of them. They work flawlessly.Easy to pair with eWeLink app and the they work perfectly with Echo/Alexa.Very happy.Just wish they would drop the price a little.

works like it should
works like it should, does what it claims. upgrading the firmware is not straightforward. ewelink shows firmware upgrade available, but i haven't found a way to upgrade it. maybe i'll watch a video on youtube to learn how.i'm using this for an application that needs 90mins of ON time. there isn't a way for me to set it so that the switch always turns off after 90mins. the inching setting can only do upto 60mins. the timer function needs to be turned on manually everytime. i tried doing this on alexa but it doesn't work. have to figure out how. maybe ifttt or they have REST API - i still have to figure it out.taking out 1* for the above, but 4* for everything else that they ARE able to do at this price point. now, only if they stop doing those stupid things on the border...

Awesome product
Great product, i can control my lights and fans from any location. Easy to install and easy to use. Only thing is the app shows offline even if it is online so u have to wait for 2 second it will automatically show online .

Not useful
Without internet these switch won't work if Internet not working some time means we can't switch on off product connect with this. Manually also not responding. At lease it's work when we turn off/on manual switch but

Works as desired
It is very easy to install, any normal electrician can do this by just giving and out and In wires. I control 3 of my home fans with this. It was very simple to install and integrate with Alexa.Hope this review helps, cheers

Works good but missed a critical info in the description
Pros: Product works as expected.Cons: there's no description about frequency it supports. Luckily my router is dual. This device support only 2.4ghzIt took a while for ewelink to identify the device to a limit I lost the hope. After 20 mins it was done and able to connect with Google home. Then it worked like a charm.If you have 5 GHz router it will not work. This is written on top of the product cover and not mentioned here.

Once the power goes it goes to off mode and has to be switched on only in the appThe manual switch does not switch on the lightThe light has to be switched on only in the appScheduling can be done with ease and works satisfactorily.Can these problems be rectified by some settingsThat's the reason for my 3 star rating
