better than expected
The color is a lil darker than standard elite & it looks great on my e-lite.More importantly, the rubber on the sticks feels like it may be the same as the elite version, time will tell for sure.

Doesn't work in an Xbox one controller, only elite
They work perfect and are great replacements, but i dumbly bought them thinking I could slap them into an Xbox one controller.. you cannot use them because the triggers have magnetic sensors for the trigger pull, so if you put these in the left trigger stays pulled without actually pulling the trigger.... But they work in the elite controller.
