Instant pain relief!
When I developed gradually worsening numbness that evolved into pretty bad pain, I sought medical advice. My GP didn’t have any answers and I was about to consult with a hand/nerve specialist when I mentioned my symptoms to my sister-in-law who is a nurse. She immediately knew what my problem was and how to resolve it. I was totally skeptical at first. I mean, how can a simple night splint solve my numbness and pain? Apparently, this thing is doing exactly what it needs to do because the relief was immediate and complete. I still can’t believe how well this helped me. I travel a lot, so I’m going to buy a second one just to keep in my suitcase so I’m NEVER without it. I don’t know the medical condition this is fixing for me, some kind of carpal tunnel-type nerve thing, but if you have numbness that migrates into pretty bad pain along your arm and hand, and you sleep on your side, definitely give this simple yet highly effective device a try.

It really helped improve my cubital tunnel syndrome
My physical therapist suggested I use this brace. Got it in 2 days after ordering from Amazon and used it right away. It was hard to adjust wearing it to bed at first but after a couple of nights it was alright. I noticed some of the pain on my elbow has improved a lot. It worked so well on my one arm that I decided to get another one for my other arm. I've learned to sleep with it together with deep meditation. So it worked for me.

slippery :(
No matter how tight you try and cinch the velcro wings, this elbow support WILL slide down your arm during the night. Usually mine slides when I first put it under the covers lol then I hike it up. Rinse /repeat this process all night long. However, if you can get it just so you can manage several hours of sleep with your elbow unbent. The interior sleeve was a bit too snug to pull it up sufficiently so I snipped it a bit and that did help. I'm not sorry I bought it but I wish that : the inside sleeve was larger or adjustable; it was marked so I knew which way should be up; the darn thing didn't slide down all night long :( BUT all the issues aside, the quality of the product is nice and the fabric is soft and it doesn't make your arm feel like its super hot.

It Works and Here Is A Fix For the Plastic Insert If It Snaps.
I have used this Elbow Support for about 7 years before the plastic insert snapped. I occasionally get ulnar nerve issues due to resting my elbow on my computer desk. After wearing this elbow support for a month, my ulnar issue goes away.I did figure out a fix when that plastic inserts snaps. All you have to do is:1. Cut the stitching where the insert goes in the cloth channel. Remove the plastic pieces.2. Get a wooden painters mix stick from Lowes, Home Depot, paint store etc. They are about 2 inches longer than the plastic insert. Cut the excess off the wood stick.3. Tape the broken plastic insert pieces together and reinsert in the cloth channel. You can use duct tape or electrical tape. Now also insert the wood painters stick in there as well. They both will fit into the channel.4. Tape the cut opening you made with a piece of tape to prevent the inserts from slipping out.Voila, you now have a fixed elbow support!

Stays on throught the night
Doctor prescribed this for me. I have kind of gangly arms, so did not find it easy to put on, or stay on as instructed. I found it much easier to secure the velcro where I guess it might fit me, then slide it onto my arm. If I want to loosen or tighten from there, its much easier. Have not had any issues with it coming off in the night. Does not cause friction or discomfort on the arm for me. Very comfortable. Definately recommend.

Slips off
I gave this many shots over the past few weeks, but thee problem is it doesn't stay on. The only way it could stay on is, is if you wrap it very tight, which is uncomfortable and actually causes pain. I tried to find that sweet spot, where it would be on comfortably and not slide off during the night, but I was unsuccessful at getting it stay on for even one night. I should have trusted the other reviews that mentioned this problem. I wouldn't recommend this product for those looking for a night time brace for ulnar nerve issues.

Most support you could get without a cast
I got this because my physical therapist said my arm pain from typing too much was partly due to the fact that while I slept, my arms would seize up into a position that didn't let them recover from the typing. Sure enough, when I started using a bandage, I began to notice my arms wanting to do that a night. However the Ace type bandages I was using weren't strong enough to keep my arms from contracting (I lift wieghts, and my arms are not small). So I ordered this and the difference was noticeable the first night after using it. My arms felt much better in the morning, and the bandage definitely kept my arm much more straight (though it couldn't keep it totally straight) than before-

IMAK Elbow Support Works
I have cubital tunnel syndrome and was told I need to sleep with a straight arm. When I wear the brace during sleep, my elbow pain during the day actually is reduced. The product works, is soft and comfortable, does not over heat my arm, is easy to adjust and slips on and off easily once adjusted to your arm size... If you can tolerate sleeping with a straight arm (which was MUCH harder than I expected) then this is a great product to help with elbow pain.
