Will this work with the Note 10+?

I'm sure the Samsung Dex cable will work with the Galxay Note 10+ as it only needs a usb c port on the phone and an HDMI port on the monitor to enable it to work. Once plugged in (on my Note 9) the notification comes up on the screen of the phone - and the screen of the monitor shows the Galaxy screen plus the choice to tap the notification if you want to use the Note 9 as a touchpad etc. As far as I know, the Galaxy Note 10+ specifications still include Samsung Dex. It works very well on my Note 9 with my large monitor and there should be no reason for it not to work on the new Note 10+. If you've got a Note 10+, then I am very envious!! Good luck with it!

Will it work with Samsung Galaxy S20 models?

Yes, the Samsung Original DeX USB-C to HDMI cable from Amazon should work with the Galaxy S20 series phones. I have seen this cable work with the Galaxy S20 series and there are also videos on YouTube that demonstrate this. Remember, you have to have a display monitor with an HDMI input for the cable, as the USB-C end of the cable will plug into your phone and the HDMI end of the cable plugs into the HDMI port of the monitor (or TV perhaps, if it has an HDMI port). It is a really useful way of using the apps and internet etc on your phone through a larger display.
