The price was right! I got this go replace my worn down one I had gotten at my local pet store. I didn't want to pay $30 for it so I went to Amazon. This quality is great and even includes a dog waste bag dispenser and roll if bags. An added bonus! I have a 120lb dog and it holds up for him. I'm pleased.

The ribbon got stuck about 5 ft. out I could not retract it or get any more out. Since the retraction part is critical to me as I use a power chair to walk my dog. The next day I had to walk my boy and just figured I would have a hard time walking and I was pissed. just as we started out I noticed the leash was working again! Also Petdom reached out to me he same day to resolve the issue. Sorry Petdom for the bad review, I take it back so far so good

Originally I like this purchase but my neighbor walks my dog for me because I'm handicapped and I purchased this in July and this month February it broke the least part is very thin and even though my dog is only about 30 lb it just broke right off so now I have to find something else to buy that will hold up longer than this

My 4 pound teacup yorkie broke this leash just by attaching it to her collar and putting her on the ground. She did take even a step and the black rope/leash detached from the silver hook. All I did was connect the leash to my dog's collar, put her on the ground and it completely snapped off. I don't understand how they could even sell this. I complained to them and they sent me a new one. The same thing happened. So so so poorly made and cheap. SOO cheaply made. Please keep your pets safe and don't buy this.

Excellent product and is made of high quality material. We took it camping and the dog didn't drag me down the steps like she usually does. It gives the dog the freedom to find a place to go to the bathroom without you right behind the dog. I would highly recommend this product. The company also sent me a message a week after I bought it letting me know if there was any problems just let them know and they would take care of it.

I ordered this through prime and it came in 2 days. This is my first time getting a dog so I wasn't sure which leash to get. I really like the product I ordered. I have a 55 lb German Shepard Mix and so far the leash has been in tact. He tends to pull the leash alot but it hasn't broken yet. The doggy bag is a plus. Great Product!

My 68lb bull dog hasn't broken it. That's saying a lot. Retracts completely still after several months so the spring isn't getting stretched out. Seems solid so far.

This product is not safe to walk your dog with if you are near a road at all. It’s too slow to lock in place. Good for a park perhaps but definitely not safe for a roadway of any kind.
