I returned this item in resalable condition because it was too small to slip over my synthetic winch rope. However, Speed Outfitters refused to refund my entire purchase price, originally wanting to only give me a small fraction. They claimed (in fine print no doubt) that return fees were printed, which I never saw. A reputable company would have made an exception for "Customer Satisfaction."

This thing is pretty useless.
