I needed a way to connect Bose Noise Cancelling Ear Buds to an iPad Pro as the iPad has no earphone jack and does use a USB-C port. The Acsnet adapter fit perfectly and I cannot tell any degradation in the sound quality. The L-bend is nice as it stay tight to the iPad. Since I use it most often on airplanes, every bit of space saving is good.

This did not work on my pixel 3 phone with aftermarket cables. I could charge my phone OR listen to sound thru my headphones, but I could not do both at the same time. When I tried the sound with come out of the phone speaker and not thru the headphones.Update: Works good with the factory supplied charging cables. It does not work with the aftermarket charging cables I have..

I was looking for a product that would allow me to change and listen to media at the same time. This product can do one at a time very well. Sadly, both does not function at the same time on my Pixel 3XL.

Update: Phenomenal customer service.Doesn't allow music to go as loud as other adapters. I will say that the angled design is great, but the adapter is too quiet for me. Will be keeping these as spares in an emergency.

I really liked that I was able to continually use my headphones while charging my phone. I had only wished that this is priced less...it is a bit expensive. At the very least for the price, it should have kept the ability to read external drives.

My new Verizon Palm has no headphone jack, only a USB C jack - this adapter lets me use 3.5mm wired earbuds, which I often would rather use than the wireless variety. Also the adapter is right-angle configured, it tucks easily under the phone.

Adapter fits in phone upside down. Logo up allows for charge and audio. Logo down only lets you charge. So dont put it in upside down.

Liked the product at first, say 4 stars. Not five because when charging and using the headphone jack which is how I used it in my car, the adapter would block use of my mic. Had to unplug charger to read the mic or unplug the whole adapter.Then, I was driving in NYC traffic and what I thought was just an intense glare heating my leg started to seriously burn my leg and and I smelled and saw smoke coming from the adapter. I panicked and kind of flopped like a fish, but a fish who humps, so maybe it was a flump? Anyway, I swerved across the road trying to save my all too hot thigh and all too tender man bits, and threw the charger towards my unsuspecting friend in helpless self-defense. Luckily, I aimed poorly and the dongle fell onto my car floor and continued smoking until I unplugged it.Careful after a couple months.

Nice packaging, price is a little high.I plugged in my headphones and the little plastic cover around the input jack came unglued and slid off. I barely pushed it. But it doesn't impede the audio or make me feel that I should return it.It pops up as an external headset device in Android and allows you to set some auto-functions based on that. Audio is louder than the XZ2 provided adapter.

My phone only has a USB C outlet, so usually I have to choose between charging it or connecting the audio, so I love the convenience of having both in a single outlet. But I have to plug the audio cable back into the adapter every single time I disconnect. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

I love that the L angle connector ensures there's no undue pressure on my phone's usb port. It's very low profile and snugs in along the bottom of my phone.I can't speak to sound quality -- I use this to connect the speakers in my helmet while snowboarding -- but I have no complaints.It sometimes causes a pop up a message on my P20 Pro that it's not an official supported device -- but only sometimes. Despite the warning message, it continues to work just fine.

This is the only USB C converter that works with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. Every other one I tried showed up with message, "this device is not compatible". I might order another one for back up.

I enjoyed this product. Works well but the spot where the usb c and the plastic housing are too bulky. I could not fit this on my gopro hero 5 black with the case on i had to cut out part of the case to fix it. Works great but a little bulky.

comes in a fancy box. build quality seems better than the stock pixel 2 dongle which broke on me. gets warm while in use.Broke after a month...they sent me a new one pretty quick. i think these type c things are just not as durable as the 3.5mm headphone jack. my next phone has a headphone jack for sure.

Great quality, albeit the sound quality isnt the all time best, but if you are using it for sleeping it certainly isnt a deal breaker.

It does actually what it says. No issues plugging/unplugging headphone jack. And actually does Fast Charging.

The product only works sometimes. It cuts out and stops music. Very frustrating. Waste of money.

Doesn't work. USB Cable works to charge, headphone jack doesn't work. Tried numerous headphones and it doesn't work.

This is a must for people who use usb-c devices and are looking for a usb-c audio adapter for their music needs.

Only worked for charging, no audio at all. Tried several headsets.
