DuratraxPit Tech Deluxe RC Car & Truck Tool Stand, Blue

I've been keeping all of my hex drivers and screw drivers in a drawer in my workbench, inside the cases that they originally came packaged in. This was a good way of storing them, however, it made it a bit of a hassle when I needed to grab a single tool. I needed to take the case out of the drawer, open the case, then pry the tool out of the foam that secures them in place.I got the Duratrax Pit Tech Tool Stand to be able to keep the drivers on my bench and readily available. The pit stand went together easily, and holds the tools exactly how I would have expected it to.I ended up adjusting the lower plate so that it sits a bit higher on the metal rod, mainly because I have a couple of hex drivers that have fairly short lengths. With the plate at it's normal position, the tips of these drivers weren't actually being supported. The plate is still nice and secure even moved up a slight amount, so that's no big deal.The only downside to the Tool Stand is that it doesn't spin. I was hoping that it would spin like the Duratrax car work stand, then I could easily swivel it to get the tools out...but even though it doesn't, it's still easy enough to use.I like the stand, and I like that it matches my car work stand. I'll be looking for the other Duratrax blue RC tool accessories.Recommended.

It's well built and all that but it's too tall for shorter brushes

Handy size for a small bench,still holds the tools you use the most .It's small but holds alot of tools.

I BOUGHT 2 OF THESE THE FIRST ONE WAS A GOOD FIT OF PARTS THE SECOND PARTS FIT VERY LOOSE AND YOU CANT PICK IT UP WITH OUT IT FALLING APART

Pretty good wish it held more tools,i use it to hold 7 MIP tools ,4 way wrench,tuning screw driver and 2 nut wreches

Holds hex drivers without issue. keeps your work space clean and professional.

well made but too small to hold many RC tools I use...ok for micro tools

Nice and keeps my desk tidy, for me it has also doubled up a a shock holder when replacing oil in my dampers. The top part pulls off easy so when moving it, move it by the base. Thats why 1 star removed.
