Good customer service
This is a lovely bench but came with some faulty maunfacturing. The company made things right and is sending a new one at no charge.

Unhappy with purchase
From Texas its not only $100 to ship back if your dissatisfied they are charging a ~20% restocking fee which is insulting. The chair is more grey than what appears on the photo, cheaply made.
