Great bang for the buck
Throws like a dream. Much better than I expected. I have multiple throwing knives and these are my new favorites. Well designed with dull edges and nice point. I may update about durability since I have only had them for less than a week but so far they far exceed my expectations. As a serious thrower I view a sheath as something to keep things from banging around in my carry bag so the light weight sheath is OK with me. I would rather see time, money, and effort put into the blade and not what I carry it around with. Since most throwers have a set of three knives which are carried around in an open topped box on the waist for competition or training there is really no need for a sheath except for storage. All in all this is a great bang for the buck to start off with and something to train with even for a more serious thrower. Not on the level of a Flying Steel Arrow but does not cost $US70 with a two month back order period.

1 OF THE BEST IVE USED SO FAR.....
This is my 3rd throwing knife. And it is by far the best one. Others that have purchased this also, say to take the leather off the handle. I'm just waiting for it to more or less get torn off. Before I just go and take it off. But this is a very nicely balanced thrower. Especially for the price. It has nice weight to it. The scabbard is descent enough to hold the knife. Nothing that special. But at least it's not made of some flimsy material, that most holders are made of. The only down side Is they don't come in groups of 3.

Impressive
I am extremely impressed with this knife. It's an old-school 3/8" thick slab of metal that is tapered and sharpened, heavy and durable as well. The handle is leather secured by rivets. Not only would this be a nice throwing knife, it's a perfect fighting knife, with no clasp on the sheath for a fast draw. The sheath is cowhide and firm around the knife, not loose, so it stays in well. I wrapped some cord around the sheath to hold the knife even more securely, won't fall out if upside down. What a great knife for the price! I got a second one I liked it so much. Very medieval look, would work well for costumes too.

High value, medium quality
Pros: weight to length, shape, overall impression of the knife is very good. It’d be great for learning no-spin throwing, I love throwing it and would recommend it to beginners for the price.Cons: the stainless steel is soft. Hitting a knife in the target already or a ricochet dents the blade easily and requires filing. Handle rivets and leather fall out easily; this isn’t all bad though, it throws better without them, just makes the rivet holes pointless.

only lasted 10 throws
As an axe thrower, I found this knife had some heft and didnt feel like a toy. However the rivets in the handle never survived sighting in. Once I had found my distance from the target, the now single piece blade sticks well, even in the oak target I use. Its a good thrower, even if now looks like a prison shank.

Beastly No spin
These knives are wonderful. Each one weighs approximately 215 grams. They are all slightly different as they are handmade. The molded leather scabbards fit snugly and don't allow the knives to slide out. I would recommend removing the leather grips by popping the rivets with a Flathead screw driver. I have purchased 3 of these knives so far and plan to purchase more.

Great knife
Take those leather scales off and start chucking it. It's a great knife, especially for the money!

Rivets suck
Wait until rivets come off then sand the glue. Perfect for no spin after that. Its literally a steel bar with a point.
