adidas Originals Men's Pro Bounce 2018 Low Basketball Shoe

I have been having issues with my Achilles and calf when I play basketball. My doctor recommended that I change my shoes more often. So, I bought these shoes. They are super comfortable., fit well even with my ankle braces on, and most importantly I was able to play basketball pain free yesterday. Just one thing about the color. They say blue/ grey. It is not grey. It is teal. I almost sent them back when I saw it was teal and not grey. But when I put them on and they were so comfortable I didn’t care about the teal.

I'm over sixty and I play basketball three to four times a week (an hour each time) as my way to exercise. I play on outside basketball courts and have searched for shoes that would last, be comfortable and look good (lol) This shoe fits the bill. I wore Adidas in high school (back in the day) and today's shoe is EXCELLENT! Highly recommend.

In the first wearing of the shoe I played on a court that is always dirty. These things gripped like superglue. I didn’t wipe the soles off once in an hour of play. Also a lot of people have commented that they had to go down half a size. Mine fit the same as my other Adidas. However, after some more rugged playtime, I can see how they might get loose.

I ordered two sizes of the same shoe because we didn't know which would fit. They both arrived on the same day, but from different sellers through Amazon. The on-line descriptions and photos of both shoes were exactly the same, but when we opened the boxes, they were not the same shoes. They were VERY similar, but they were not the same shoes. Switched to adidas because I rolled both ankles within 2 weeks in some Nike Max Air midtops. Went with the low tops + wearing Shock Doctor 849 lace up ankle braces. Played basketball then lifted for about 2 hours total and they were extremely comfy for being brand new.The ankle/heel has great cushioning. with the ankle brace underneath, both my ankles felt great and secure the whole time I shot around. Mine were all white and didn’t scuff up noticeably after 1 time wearing them.Looks: I like them even more than pictures I saw on amazon. The outer midsole has a little extra curve that I felt lateral stability from. The all white was super clean and stayed clean on the court. The only thing I might change is adding black laces that are just a bit longer than the ones it came with.Negatives: they were hard to tighten at first and I’m worried about how long the laces and loops they go through will last. Every 5 minutes or so I was able to tie them a little bit tighter until the 3rd or 4th time I finally felt like they were really secure. Probably just breaking them in and tougher to tighten with an ankle brace underneath.Overall, for the low price, easily the best basketball purchase I’ve made in a while.

They fit great and I like how I am able to jump in them. I am not a great basketball player or not even a good basketball player but with these shoes, I enjoy playing some b-ball.

The overall rating is intentionally lower for average scores to pick it up. Overall shoe is stable, and good for basketball, but it annoys me that I have to keep replacing shoe laces due to flawed design. This is really Adidas issue.This is my second pair of Adidas shoes where shoe lace failed within weeks of usage. The key reason is that the holders of the shoe laces are too narrow and they cut into the laces and within weeks the laces fall apart. The last one not only the shoe lace failed, but also the holes that hold the shoe lace ripped. The shoe becomes useless then. I'll put a separate review of that.

Un producto de bastante calidad y cómodo, quedan tal como se esperaban (ni muy ajustados, ni muy grandes).Son livianos y son de buen rendimiento; el modelo es sobrio y elegante, por lo que no es extravagante ni nada por el estilo. Son perfectos para jugar al basquetbol.

The front part is a little big large. Anyway, it improves a lot if you wear some thick socks (basketball socks). So it’s okay for me. Good product!
