The hole for the heal provided is too small.
I purchased XL size . Even then anke hole provided is too small. See 4th photo i uploaded.My heel didn't go thru the ankle hole provided in the anklet. If you force the heal thru the anklet hole the ankle area starts to pain severely. The elastic around the hole for the heal is too tight . Rest of the anklet is comfortable and soft material.The heal hole 🕳 is not required as in case of a socks.

I have ankle pain , back side of heel is giving lot of pain during early morning wakeup , and also between work -walk out of my chair . now feeling little relaxed comparatively . Dont know in long run
