This was part of my literature subject in masters...Now, I can guess why they (university) want us (students) to read this....Fine writing skill... Raising many issues like gender sensitivity, biased for males, marriage, love, property and emotions....So many things in one book...I will recommend this classical piece to everyone

Book arrived just in time as expected with good packaging. I have gone over n over again as movie doesn't do justice to the book. Characters are well balanced n justified. One of the best reads, you can't put it down once you have started.

The book gives amazing insights into the english society,how families were eager to marry off their daughters to rich' man' I liked the character of darcy much and how his intentions and behaviour was misinterpreted by everyone in the neighbourhood .Indeed a good read.
