Happy with the book..
A very good book as a beginner. Probably the elite or the experienced may find this a bit basic. But for beginners its wonderful, informative and answers most questions.Training plans etc are also very doable.As a beginner its a 5 star.. But probably for the others it nay be less than 5...

Amazing tool in any triathlete’s toolbox!
This book is wonderful, full of images to help any triathlete understand the basics of form, technique, nutrition, hydration. It does include training programs for sprint, Olympic, Half and Full Ironman triathlons. Most importantly for me right now, is a foundation program. The 2020 Coronavirus pandemic has really marred my motivation and dedication to the sport and I’ve lost a lot of fitness. Races are canceled or at risk of cancelation so my motivation to actually train hard and specifically has been seriously damaged. But this book has helped me focus on building blocks and I plan to start the Foundation program on June 1st, when my gym and pool reopens. I am in Preparation Phase of behavioral change — and this book is going to be a great tool as I move into the action phase. Amazing book. I am NOT a beginner but taking this time to start fresh with good building blocks. I highly recommend this book for all triathletes, but especially those starting out, getting back into it, or those who have struggled with setbacks or injuries. The answers just might be between these two covers.

Great book!
Lots of useful information. I gave this book to my son who is training for a Triathlon in 2020, and he was impressed with the information in the book. From workouts to nutrition and everything in between.

Be faster be smarter and be stronger.
Very well laid out. I like the idea that I don’t have to read the book from cover to cover before being able to start exercise. The book for me is a very useful tool in aiding me to get faster,smarter and stronger as part of my rehabilitation following a stroke and major brain surgery. I’m not one for the gym scene but swimming, cycling and running are the 3 main sports that kept me fit during my youth. The book will enable me to follow a constructive exercise regime from a beginners level through to the more experienced triathlete..
