This was a gift for a mom of a child newly diagnosed with autism. Special Education meetings can be emotional and stressful for a parent. Having a way to record meetings to listen back later is essential. I no longer have to attend these meetings but I remember them well.This recorder is easy to use and allows recordings to be stored in a file on on a computer. Listening back is easy. It attaches to a keychain so will never be forgotten.Peace of mind for sure.I just love it.

This recorder appears to record adequately, BUT if we as the consumer buy a product that only delivers some of the features it describes then it's not a good buy. I have up to date technology on my desktop, and I have a reasonable understanding of how to create, open, convert and save files and folders so with that said, I cannot figure out how to enter the time into this device. And YES I used the exact format of a 24 hour clock as the seller instructs. All that said this device is frustrating on steroids on attempting to set the time. SO, if you're deciding whether to purchase this recorder, decide whether a time stamp is important to you because if it is buy something else. To be fair I have reached out to the seller for BETTER instructions and I'm awaiting their reply and will update this review if they deliver a more user friendly experience.

I used this as a coxswain to record my calls during practice and during regattas. I put a cord through the attachment holes and looped it onto my jacket near the neck-hole, where it stayed. It was never in the way, and I never left it anywhere because it was right there! Very easy to use, charge, and get the recordings from

Very nice device, especially for the price. Works well, it's very small and easy to keep handy, does a very good job picking up sound and playback is more than clear. Only issue I have is that it will not start recording till about 10 seconds after the button is placed in the "on" position. No big deal if you plan to turn it on and keep it on... in my case though, I will be using it sporadically, meaning, will turn it on/off multiple times during a period of a few hours to record some quick notes. When doing that, having to wait 10 seconds each time to start recording is a pain... BUT, for the price, can't beat it. All in all, I'm happy.

I highly recommend this. We started to send our 1 and 2 year old daughters to a new sitter and noticed after a few weeks our 1 year old wasn't acting right. So we purchased this recorder and placed it inside my older daughter's hair bow. Thankfully we did because you can hear the sitter, as clear as day , both physically and emotionally abusing my 1 year old.They filed a small claims suit against us for breach of contract and the recordings from this device dismissed their claim immediately after the judge heard them.Our local news is running a story utilizing these recordings and hope the local DA presses charges.Overall, highly recommend. It's easily concealed, lasted over 10 hours, and audio quality is great.

Surprisingly tiny and easy to activate. TOO easy to activate, in fact. There's no lock on the button so in my pocket, it eventually turns on, giving me multi-hour, close up recordings of my keys. The switch should be spring-loaded, with a hold-for-a-second-to-begin-recording function. Also note that it takes 5-seconds after switching on to begin recording. A downside is it records in some odd WAV format that can't be played in anything but VLC. Not a deal-breaker, but an inconvenient extra step for certain workflows including conversion and transcription use.

Good product very nice and small that you can Carrie in you shirt pocket and nobody will notice that you heaved. the sound quality is good fast charging.

this had great sound and easy to use and carry, then one day it just decided not to work. and stopped recording even though the lights are on and it shows as if it does record. it just stopped... empty file everytime i open it on the computer. sucks... it was good for a couple weeks though.

Found a better product since then for recording lectures with better sound quality and simpler to know when it’s recording. Not a bad product though depends on what you need it for I guess.
