Es un libro muy finito, con diferentes recetas de dumplings, en realidad, la gran mayoría. Lo bueno es que en las dos primeras hojas aparecen todas las recetas de las diferentes masas que hay que usar para todas las recetas del resto del libro, por lo que puedes intercambiar los rellenos, etc...pensé que tendría la receta de la masa de wontons pero no, por eso le doy 4 estrellas.

die Anschaffung dieses Büchleins lohnt wirklich nicht. Zwar reichliche Bebilderung, aber nicht gerade viele DimsumRezepte.Und warum MODERN dimsum, weiß keiner

Small book but lovely recipes, picture for everyone and beautifully presented.

I found a good recipe for doing Chinese dumplings, also other nice recipes.
