Thevetia Peruviana 3 Rare Seeds Lucky Nut Yellow Oleander Small Tropical Shrub Brilliant Yellow Flowers Ornamental Container Gardening

I've been growing plants from seeds for 40+ years and know what I'm doing. When I received these 3 seeds, 1 of them was cracked, but I planted all 3 and after approximately 6 weeks, not one of them has sprouted.

So far so good, all 5 seeds are up about 12"-just need to know when to transplant.

I bought 5 seeds in 2017 none of them made it …….
