Holes not pre-drilled for tiny screws for hooks, into and a nightmare to put together
It was a nightmare to try to put together , the wood dowls broke, the Allen wrench too short, dozens of screws and tiny places to try to screw it into place. It was wobbly and we finally gave up . Will try to get our money back

Not impressed
This is difficult for one person to assemble. I had multiple pieces crack as I attempt to secure them. Not all screw holes for the hooks have been pre-drilled. And the letter stickers affixed to the various pieces are not easily removed and they don't remove cleanly. I'd return it but I don't want to go to the hassle of taking it apart, packing it up and arranging for a pickup as I don't drive. There's no way I'd recommend this product.

Wood split during assembly. Just too hard to put together. Sadly, into the dumpster it may go.

materials will crack
No problems with assembly of product and then I noticed that the legs were cracking. I like to look and I had invested all the time to put the product together. I would recommend not fully installing the locking bolts or it will make the legs to crack.

Love It!
It turned out better then I thought. It looks beautiful in small entryway. Easy to put together too.
