The DKT30CSDHPD3 will be able to output video on any computer which supports video over USB-C. The currently released Apple MacBooks (M1, 2020) supports a single external display over USB-C, therefore, the DKT30CSDHPD3 will work. The DKT30CSDHPD3 does not use DisplayLink technology. Not 100% sure but it's unlikely. The charging port is usb-C but I don't think it allows data in and out.
