I had to stop using it only after a few days due to very excruciating nerve pain in my lower left jaw. Dentists & dental surgeons had already had ruled out teeth issues prior. Pain severely increased from the 100mg 2x a day for a month to 200mg once a day, and reading other reviews with similar issues, I realized this was the cause. Also, my short to medium-short memory seems to decreased which is concerning, especially trying to study for exams and critical tech knowledge that I need to retain. At 100mg twice a day the nerve pain was mostly at night or intermittant the day. Then, nerve pain and worsened ST memory and pain lasts all day for 2+ days after talinv 1 200 mg in the morning of extra strength. Luckily there is a return policy from manufacturer. All nerve pain went away as soon as I stopped taking this. Before going to ES dose, I spoke to my pharmacist and he was asking me because none of his patients reported any memory improvement and could not tell if it was working. I dud read all the studies so I was expecting a month to go by before any improvement. In the end, the pain was just not worth it.
