*** CHOOSE YOUR COLOR *** Product Features: Larger sweet spot. Kamui chalk contains a much finer particle size than standard chalk. The purpose of this is to maximize the friction and offer the larger sweet spot to generate more spin to the cue ball. More accurate aim. Reducing slippage decreases deflection, giving the player a more accurate aim when english is applied.

Luxury chalk for an avid pool player
Kamui has to be one of the most expensive chocks in the world! I gave this gift to an avid pool-playing friend, and he loves it. He uses it very sparingly, as it is very expensive. He says he really likes it though. He says it stays on his tip longer, and he doesn’t need much of it on his tip to get good action on the Q ball.

Good, and worth the price.
I really like this chalk for my Lucasi stick, but I wouldn't recommend using it for your breaking stick. It's very very hard to get enough chalk onto the tip, regardless of how softly you apply it (I watched the Kamui instructional video). I do think it's good quality chalk that will last a LONG time, but I might try ordering the 1.21 next time.--Update--As of 11/11/2018, I have been using the same block of chalk for 6 months now. I still haven't needed to remove the top fold, and that usual center pit has not formed. I think I could probably go a while longer using the same block of chalk, probably another 3 months. I'm reordering now since they are discontinuing the chalk, and I recommend you do the same!

Everything as advertised, some slight concerns
The big draw of this product is that the fine chalk clings to tip, providing outstanding contact with the cue ball, virtually eliminating miscues, and making chalk-ups only necessary about once per game (which justifies the price). It accomplishes all of these things perfectly. However I found that chalking up is a vital part of my pre-shot routine, and chalking up before each shot with this product is redundant and wasteful. You should consider this before you make the purchase. I flipped my piece to a friend for whom this isn't a concern and he loves it. Also note that the chalk can sometimes cling to the cue ball, necessitating more ball cleaning to maintain good playing conditions.

I understand that chalking up can be part of the pre shot routine however for me I prefer not to waste time and focus on what comes next
I’ve been playing pool competitively for over 2 years and about a year and a half ago I made the jump to Kamui chalk. I was a bit stand-offish because of the price. I’m not gonna lie paying $30 for a piece of chalk is steep however I have no complaints about it. It lasts an entire game and allows me to focus more on whatever shot I need to take rather than spend time chalking up. I understand that chalking up can be part of the pre shot routine however for me I prefer not to waste time and focus on what comes next.

Great product
I read all the hype online about how great this chalk is so decided to give it a try. Ball control with this chalk is better than competitors typical chalk. Is it worth the premium price guess it depends on how competitive of player you are. I loved it and will buy again.

Works as advertised
Excellent chalk and you can definitely chalk less while still making great contact with the cue ball.

Best Chalk Available
Best chalk available bar none. No more miss cueing, only need to chalk your cue once during a Nine Ball game, enough said, buy it, it's worth the money.

Anyone can move the cueball with this chalk.
More than I expected. Won't use anything else.
